Members present were 14,The last visit was to New Juniors Janakalyan School in Colin Street where we sponsored the white washing of the 3 class rooms. receipts have been obtained for our file and a Thank you letter from the school has also been filed.

Our next visit has been planned to visit the Nabaneer Old age home. Sharmila De to find out the convenient date for visiting the home. Whilst talking to the home on the phone they had requested for GROCERIES & PHENYL. We will certainly purchase and hand over these items to them during the visit. We also decided to sponsor the lunch for them on the day we visit. The items for the lunch will be purchased by Alaka Biswas and handed over to the cook of Nabaneer Home who will prepare the food for them and we will serve this lunch to the inmates. This visit will be on a Saturday in July – Sharmila please inform us of the date after you have spoken to the incharge of Nabaneer Home.
