ANAVI members from Kolkata arranged a medical camp on August 31, 2024, at Haltu Meera Foundation which was made possible by the donation from Anglo-Eastern to the school. It was a resounding success.
We organized a medical camp that included free health check-ups and consultations for 30 underprivileged children in our community.
Our team of Anavi members, doctors, and medical professionals offered comprehensive services, including body check-ups, provision of medicine, and refreshments for all children and attendees.
The event began with a felicitation ceremony, presentation of mementos, and appreciation for the medical professionals’ dedication to the NGO’s cause by our sailing staff, Mr. Debmalya Ghosh and Dipayan Dutta.
This was followed by the celebration of the birthday of our 2nd Officer and Anavi member, Mr. Dipayan’s, and Madhurima’s daughter. The joyous occasion was marked with a cake-cutting ceremony, gifts, and a return gift for Dipayan’s daughter, which delighted the school children.
The event was well-organized. This initiative reinforces our commitment to corporate social responsibility and strengthens our bond with the community.
Key highlights:
– 30 children benefited from the medical camp
– 09 volunteers and 02 doctors participated
– Successful birthday celebration of the daughter of seafarer Dipayan
We look forward to continuing our social initiatives and making a positive impact in the lives of those around us. Thank you for your support and encouragement
