Seva Old Age Home
ANAVI has always been a great selector in terms of diverting attention to the needy. A month back it diverted the attention to Seva Old age home where two homes operate under its flagship. After evaluating the condition and the scenario over there, it was decided by the members to visit the place and provide the needful things as the home was lacking in resources. In lieu of this, the members visited the place and distributed 40 pieces of bed sheets and nighties to the inmates of the two old age homes. The gifts delighted the heart of the inmates and provided a great satisfaction to the soul of the members. Since the condition was very shabby, it needed an urgent action and the members did it successfully.
Summer Camp
Secondly, ANAVI has always put a strong front when it comes to the viewpoint of children. It has always found means to hone their skills and took them to a new level. Social responsibility has always been a major concern for ANAVI and it has paid utmost attention to it. Recently, it sponsored a summer camp for the underprivileged local children for 3 days.
The summer camp was organized by Tahader Katha and the camp was especially on the art and craft section. ANAVI highly emphasize that apart from the normal course of activities the children should know and learn about art and craft. Such skills are essential in all sphere of life.
