VISIT TO SARSUNA HOME – It was with great pleasure that the ladies of Anavi attended the wedding of one of the girls of this school – the marriage was arranged by the school authorities as the girl had completed her education there. ANAVI donated clothes for the bride and groom and the members attended the wedding and also gave personal gifts to the couple. The wedding was well arranged and everyone enjoyed the same.

VIST TO NABANEER HOME FOR THE AGED, BEHALA – During our last visit to this Home we had promised to give the inmates Bengali story books and magazines as they love reading. This was done duiring the month of December and around 90 magazines and books were donated to the Home – the inmates were very happy and thanked our group profusely. May they enjoy many good hours of reading.

VISIT TO HOLY FAMILY CONVENT, LILUAH – This was a Christmas visit to the school and the girls were very happy to meet us again. We gave them new school uniforms, a Harmonium and a Box of snacks – they entertained us with songs and dance and we also got a friend to sing songs for them. It was an enjoyable visit and a perfect end to the year 2010.

We look forward to the New Year 2011 where we shall continue giving and caring for the less fortunate. We are grateful to all our benefactors and AESM Management for supporting us during the past year. May God bless all of you.
